It is a joint venture between a developer and the owner. The design was guided by the requirement of flats of equal sizes and functional layout, irrespective of their location on the floor plate. Maximum functionality and optimum use of natural light have been achieved while complying with the client’s Vastu requirements. The building caters to both types of users in terms of security, services and degrees of accessibility. The scope of the project involves coordinating structural design, fire protection, waste management, security management, landscaping and other allied services complying with green building norms.
